You see, Doc Ock had implanted his own mind into Peter Parker's body and did all sorts of damage such as *checks notes* start an extremely successful company and get a hot dwarf girlfriend. Anyway, Parker attempts to make up for lost time by saving young women from bunkers and stopping Black Cats from crossing his path. Just another day in the Spiderverse, I always say. 6-issue storyline
